Will I screw up my gauge?

my GXE has ugly black surface gauge..I want a white one.. like this..
http://www.importintelligence.com/index.html

I just wanna know if that's easy to install, I don't want to screw up the accuracy of the needles...1 of my friend has grow gauge and one of his needle was screwed up... Is it safe to install it by myself?

BTW..there are color options..but the color is whole gauge face not the numbers...so white looks better.. or anybody knows other way I could get a better looking gauge face? i don't want grow ones..just regular..

The gauges in the pic wouldent fit a maxima. They are from a sentra. Maxima goes to 160 and if you install those, considering if they fit, they will not be accurate.

I seen gauges on ebay:

One of my friends installed indiglo gauges from eBay on a Frontier which should be similar. Its not that hard to do if you are handy. The entire guage cluster comes out with the housing. Then you unclip the housing cover and take that apart.

The gauge needles may be spring loaded so I would not pull those out. Its hard to get them back in. Also, if you stack the two sets of gauges, then the needles will get stuck.

I personally think the cheap ebay gauges are cheesy. Look into getting the factory SE gauges which are titanium color. They are not indiglo at night but they look great in the daytime.

Another much easier mod would be the gauge bezel. Get the brushed aluminim. That what I have and it looks awesome and its much easier to put in.
