powertech PT1012 muffler

Hey,does anybody know if the powertech PT1012 muffler will fit in the rear stillen lip for 2003 maximas,it looks like it would be a tight fit to me.
And how would you guys rate this muffler by sound quality etc.?

The PT1012 will NOT fit. The PT1011 will fit, but with cutting of the rear lip.
