AE Body kit on 2000 SE

Has anyone tried to use the AE body kit on a 2000 SE. I love the way these new kits look (less aggressive than other OEM kits) and hopefully come fully painted and ready to stick on.
2 questions.
1) Can these be bought through Nissan and if so how much and where.
2) Can the rear add on work with a 2000 SE exhaust. The AE cars have a twin pipe that is aggressively angled down. Anywork around short of new exhaust.
