H.I.D. Ballasts

does anyone have the specs of the ballasts? i would like to know the output voltage and if there is any kind of protection circuit built in.

i noticed on the 02 they have a relay in between the bulb and the ballast....but i've seen some 03+ w/o that relay....even on the g35 no relay.... btw, wattage output is 35W if i remember right...
