How do you take care of the wind noise coming from the back doors when driving on the highway????

But in all seriousness... I have the same problem... I think unless you redo the lining/insulation or whatever its called... ya probably can't get rid of it....

Which is why I've resorted to... louder music...

The noise doesn't bother me so why fix it....even at 120

 

Yeah I've learned to tune it out now.... although if I have some time I might look into the stuff that Housecor did....

I had the TSB performed. I think it worked, since I haven't had any complaints since. I never ride in the back so I wouldn't know...

 

If you're still under warranty take it to the dealer. They fixed it for me in the rear-left window. The sunroof still makes some wind noise though. I took it in 3 times and they insist that it's normal (it's not) but i gave up fighting them.

 

I'm still under warranty so i'll try that....

 

Whatever you do, don't let them tell you it's normal & that it doesn't need anything!!!

 

Yeah, ya gotta get as much outta those guys as ya can.... do it for all the other Max owners out there... hahaa...

 

Highly recommend this one. 5 minutes and 5 bucks for a much quieter car. Mine was so bad I could hear it clearly driving around town at > 45mph.

 

the wind noise used to bother me a lot. it bothers my parents more than me now cuz i just got so used to it. for maximas (well for a sedan that costs more than your average accord) our cars should be quieter and have less rattles. for those with systems, how bad is our rattlage?
