I dont want to put out like $80 for a pair of PIAA Replacement Bulb, but I want the HID look. What bulb do I get for my 01 Maxima and still have some spending cash? I want more of the white light not the blue light.

HID look?
you could spend 10 bucks and buy those cheap imitation ones.. but they'll either burn out or melt your harness
either get PIAA or sylverstar

sylverstar is the more affordable that should last you a while.
