Well my dealer was fixing one problem for me, but I think they gave me another one.

I had that creaking noise that was coming from the right front when I would turn the steering wheel at low speeds.
Dealer told me that it was strut mount. I said ok.
So they said they will replace the whole strut assembly, with new strut mount, and other things in there.
They put everything in yesterday and the car now makes this clunking noise whenever I go over some bumps in the road.
Didn't do it before.
So the dealer told me that new sturt is broken.
I don't understand why they couldn't use my old, original strut. it was fine and I didn't had any clunking noise with that strut.

This new strut doesn't feel shoot. Because I drove on it yesterday. Because those ***** didn't have a new strut in their parts department, so they ordered me a new one.
Have to wait again. I am gona kill them all soon. ;(

What can be broken in the strut that can be making that noise??? I just don't want them to take everything out again, and tell me that it wasn't a strut this time.
Also does SE has different struts from other models of Maxima??

how do they expect to sell cars with this crap going on.

whats that statistic? a happy customer will praise you for 6 months and go out of their way to recommend your product or service during that 6 months, then forget unless asked directly. But an unhappy customer remembers for up to 20 years and will go out of his way to relate the problem he had for that full 20 years!

This service is unbelieveable. sorry youre still having problems. I have no advice to offer on on that strut... bizarre.
