Custom HID

What is necessary to create custom HIDS? If you buy everything separately; ballasts, harnests, mounts, bi-xenon bulbs, etc, how much would it cost and is it possible?

Another question is what could I get if I went to one of those local custom shops and asked them for a HID kit? Would they have something for me and would it be anything valuable. I know it's hard to answer this because you don't know exactly what shop I mean, in fact I don't either. But I do know there are shops that do custom work, (install body kits, wings, tints, systems, HIDs, etc.), what could they do for me?

do it yourself... 10 minute job... go to ebay buy the 200 dollar kit for the phillip bulb and balast, also buy the h4 sleves so you wont blind traffic, and its pretty much plug and play... only two wires to wire up...

Wouldn't I need bi-xenon bulbs, and aren't they more expensive?

Ok, say I buy this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=36476

What else would I need? I need bulbs that are bi-xenon - I want my high-beam.
