Anyone ever have the problem where the auto function (open&close) on the sunroof stops functioning?

 

yep i have a 2k2 and you have to mess with the switch every once and awhile for it to work.

 

same here on my 2k se, it doesnt always go back automatically when i hit it, i have to mess it with it sometimes...it is gay

 

I have a 2003 and have had problems with the sunroof opening. I rarely use it but I have to slide the switch a few times before it will work. I have had problems since the install of an UDP but not sure if is the cause. I would bet there is a thread if not a TSB on this problem.

 

Sometimes when you disconnect the battery the sunroof needs to be reset. I don't know where it is offhand, but it's in the stickies somewhere.

 

Ive had the same problem on my 2k2, just gotta mess with it and it'll reset itself.

yeah, every once in a while i will hit it quickly and it wont go back all the way, so i hit it again, and nothing happens, just a flick back and forth usually takes care of it tho, nothing major yet.

 

I've done all these things, very gay for a sunroof to act up like this
