Can the greddy rear be replaced alone?

Recently i was gonna buy an hks from a fellow orger, but jeff at max tuning said that it wont bolt up to the greddy catback. Is there anything that will or would i have to replace the entire catback? if so anyone want an evo catback

i wanna drop my car a bit more, and i already tap it on low grades sometimes. And honestly i dont think it flows all that well with the max.
