The should I buy a Maxima question really depends on what you want. After about two years with my car, I realize its not what I want. Having just graduated, and started my career (as a corporate accountant, woo hoo... ) I want a refined, smooth car, power isn't really an issue for me anymore. I kind of don't like the fact that I have a "sports sedan". I don't like the fact that it has characteristics of a luxury car and a sports car. If I wanted a sports car, I'd get a G35 coupe (**Relatively** similar pricing.) For me, my next car will be one way or another, I will either get a G35c or a 350, or go the other way and buy a bigger cushier luxury car, like the Lincoln LS, or the Lexus ES330.

I don't really think the 325 is a comparable vehicle at all

Get a 540i, then we can convince you how our Maximas are still better than that too!

325 price is not the same either. If you want a comparable price, you need to go nearer to a 04 G35. you can modd the hell out of a max for the price differnece and have a lot more fun. I love my max and you will to.

Interesting point there. I like my Max and as soon as I finish Grad School I will probably be buying a new one. I am not a fan of the LS (Ford Product) and the ES330 feels small when you are in it... Then again as a corporate accountant you can't seem like you are having fun and need a sensible car so the company doesn't think you are swindling them... Then again, I am a school teacher... really cool to zoom into the parking lot. My kids love my car, but it's so not a teacher car. Camry=teacher car. I would get the 03 Max...
