clunking noise

When I go over speed bumps 5-10mph there is a clunking noise coming from the front. Am I safe to assume it is the struts? I've got 66k on the Max so its prob time any way.

It sounds like it is possibly the struts. Do you notice it at speed... like when you go over a pothole or expansion joint in the road? If you hear it then, too, I'd say it was a strut.

My driver's side was clunking when I bought the car but I knew it was an easy fix (and under warranty) so I bought it needing to be replaced.

Good luck!
