I am shopping at places like Home Depot and such...need to know what sort of bulb it is to replace the front turn signals. None of the bulbs at places like these are labled with the labels you guys use. Only reason I found the side marker bulbs was because of the base type you refer to (simple wedge).

PUNKDORK: You live out here in my area...where did you get the clear bulbs for your turn signals???

Sorry I was out at dinner :P 1157 is the number you need. Go to schucks and you should see one. Its a VERY common bulb type.

Slow pokes...

Schucks is closed by now. How will I wait until tomorrow?

I can't believe I couldn't find them at Home Depot. They have a whole section of wedge bulbs.

Question about the wedge. I put wedge bulbs in my rear clears (red ones) and the things were PINK! Did you guys up the wattage on your rears? I bought 4W since the stock bulbs are 3.8W. Right now I'm floating around with clears all around and clear bulbs in them. Don't know how the boys in blue feel about that in this town.

I've had clear front signals (not sidemarkers) for a while.. they show kinda yellowish compared to my cool blues so maybe that helps but no po po trouble so far.

As far as the pink.. maybe go with a more expensive bulb... polarG I believe are quality. GI Joes has its own little ricer section now.. maybe you can get something there.

Instead of Home Depot, try Kragen, PepBoys, Target, or Wal-Mart
