9004 or 9007 lights?

I wanna get super-whites for my 2k1 Maxima, somebody told me i needed 9004, while another was pretty sure i needed 9007 lights. which one do i need?

9004's are for 4th gen Maxes... not sure what the 9007's are.

H3's are fogs if you want to know... remember not to touch the bulbs when you swap them.
