Hey guys, i'm debating whether i should buy and extended warranty, since i've been hearing about these horror stories with the A/T on 2k3 maxima. I currently have 30k on the car. Should i buy it through Nissan and get A$$ raping or should i get it thorugh an aftermarket company. Nissan has different types of plans such as (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Gold Preferred). Any particular one i should get!!

 

Don't know what to tell ya... I have the Gold warranty and I have to say that it hasn't done anything for me... I've never really had any problems with my 6 speed tranny so that's probably why... but in the past 2+ years with the car, I haven't gotten anything done that was covered by the warranty, except for replacing the damn Bose head unit....
