I had to replace the battery in my car yest. It had about 40k on it, i took it to advance auto and they put it on the test machine, my alternator is over charging my battery, it is putting out about 200amps. Is that a regulator problem or alternator you think? suggestions? thanks for your help

 

They're integral. Replace the alternator.
