Changing Fog light bulbs on 00

I tried to do this yesterday and had no luck. I found the screw on the bottom that I thought was the only thing holding the light in but after that was removed the light still would not come out. Is there another place where it is mounted? I tired to access the how to link but it does not work anymore.

No, with the 5th gen there is only one screw holding the housing in place. However, there are two retainer clips on the top of the housing that are holding in two metal prong type things the protrude from the housing itself. Don't forget to disconnect the wire harness also. When you have the screw out just wiggle the front of the light and push from the back, it will eventually come out.

When I first tried, I thought it would be impossible, even the owners manual recommends you take it to the dealer But you can do it!

There are two scews to take out. Once you get the assembly out, there is a clip holding the bulb in. Look at it before you take it off, so you get get it back in correctly.

I found taking the headlights out it's easier. You can have your lights out in 5 minutes

Yeah... listen to him... I wish I could help, but it sounds like the 02s are set-up somewhat differently... mine had 2 screws and a wire harness to remove and it popped out.

Just make sure you catch the housing when you push it out from the back... don't wanna drop and break it...

Trust me ,i found about it the hard way .After i install 2003 HID's.I look down and i see my fogs so easy to reach from the top.(I wish i found out about it before).I change my fog lights bulb be4 i got the HID's ,and after laying on the ground for about an hour(you know try not to break any thing) ,finaly i got them out.

If you take out your headlights ,you will do your foglights in under 20 min standing on your feet.
