Guidelines for aiming headlights on a 5.5

I know this was discussed before, but does anyone have a diagram or anything to give a standard on how high the headlights should be aimed? I was a dumba$$ and adjusted the lights up, but then lost track of where each side was aimed so now I have no idea where the lights should be aimed. Or if someone wanted to be really helpful, they could take a pic of there headlights against a flat surface from a set distance so I could replicate that. Thank you in advance for any input.

Start with them aimed toward the ground. Slowly raise the beam until the lower portion of the beam is at the point where you can see the ground from the drivers seat. This should be about three feet in front of the front bumper. You don't need light any closer to the car as you can't see the ground right in front of your car anyways.

I can snap a pic tonight and post if you wish.

No picture necessary. Thank you for the advice!
