Ok, so I am trying to do the AE Headlight mod, but I will be damned if I can get the unit out. I have removed the two hex-screws on top, but something seems to be keeping the backwall of the side-marker in. I know that this is a touchy subject due to recurrent theft of Maxima headlights, but if anyone could PLEASE PM me about what I am doing wrong it would be much appreciated.

 

is held in by by plastic snap clips......i used a flat head screw driver to carefully pry them loose. keep trying, it comes out, just have to try different angles and be careful

 

That did the trick...now to see if I melt these in the oven
