My glove box rattles all the time on the free way. Does anyone know how to stop it?

 

Take it apart, there are two screws on the bottom and two on the top. There is a also airbag harness that is attached to a little flap on the top of the backplane of the golove box. Chances are, it got disconnected from the backplane and is flapping...Do not disconnect the harness itslelf though. While you are at it, replace or clean your microfilter, or install one if it did not come with it.

i have the same exact problem and have take the glovebox out to confirm it wasn't the airbag clips. mine are secured to the glovebox firmly. is there anything else behind the glovebox that could be making that noise? it's so annoying!

 

Do you have FSM? If yes, there is a whole section on how to diagnose and fix rattles. If you don't, PM me with email and I will send you those pages.
