Ground you headlights

Ive read all the grounding topics in the past and ive never been too intrigued, however I do remember reading that grounding your headlights can make them brighter. It sounded fairly simple. I have a 2001 AE (no HID). Does anyone have a writeup and will it overheat your headlights?

i think you need to find out which wire is the ground and thats pretty much it. maybe the best spot would be right on the chassis next to the headlight. Does anyone know which on is the ground?

Hey I have seen more detailed grounding writeups than this one, anyone got one that is really explanatory? I am not good with wiring at all, but would like to do this to my car. Any help is appreciated.
