no centering after right turns

ive noticed this for a while but recently its gotten worse.

when i stop and take a hard right, 90degree or so, my car turns alright but after the turn it pulls very hard to the right and then after a few block sometimes it will pop back to normla, but sometiems it doesnt and i have to fight with the car to keep it on the road.

ive tried changing the suspension, stock-maxspeed-to jic's, no change
new tires, no change
alignment twice, no change
new rotors and pads twice, no change
rotated tires, no change
had it in to the dealer to have it checked over at least 3 times,(they said my wheel bearing were fine, even with 60k), no change

i am confused, and insight would be helpful

Power steering rack damage (or maybe the hydraulic system's acting flaky)?
