Was wondering if any of you knows of any aftermarket rims that are identical/similar to the 7-spoke ones on the BMW 745 '04....(pic here)...Parked next to one today and damn those look nice. I know the BMW ones wont fit the max but perhaps a company makes similar-looking ones or knockoffs?

Axis 7, but they have a straightline spoke design and not a spiderline. G35C rims look very similar and are spiderline spokes -- look into those as well. Hmm, I'll come back with a few more, let me look.

Those kind of look like the G35c 18" wheels with fatter spokes. There's a few people here with those wheels on their Maximas.

ps. that's a 5 series, not a 7 series.

Yeah, I think the G35C are your best bet. They only come in 18, though... :\

Edit: BLEH! Maxima Zero beat me to it.

Kinda self-explanatory. If you look at those Bimmer's spokes they sort of resemble a spider's legs. Where as our OEM 17'' are straight and don't curve anywhere.

Me too. I love the spider look. Since our cars are curvy and not edgy looking (like an Acura TL) it looks best with a spiderlined rim. This is what I'm getting next Spring:

5 split-spoke design (10 spokes). 14.5lbs (compared to OEM 28.2 lbs). And they're spiderlined. Can't wait to get them. <3

Looks kinda similar to '04 350Z stocks. I got a set if you wanna buy?! I know, I know, shipping from Hawaii eats A--! I'll just keep my mouth shut already. But anyways, yeah they do look like G35C's also, but with a smaller sticker price and 1" less in diameter.
