Damn Rear Brakes!!

This is my second maxima where i have a problem with the rear calipers it seems. Everything was fine yesterday until i drove down the block to a friends house and noticed my rear brakes were making noise. I got out smelt a burning sound and noticed my rear caliper looked like a red hot poker!!! I forgot to look at the other side of my car and went out in my friends car. When we got back I messed with the emergency brake thinking its that. Seemed ok until i got back to my house which is only down the block and after i parked the brakes locked up again. Seems like it might be only my drivers side that got hot. Think its the caliper locking up like on my 96 max? And where should i take my car to get fixed since I can't do the work myself?

Thanks guys for any help you can give me.
