I changed my oil yesterday and I put in 4 quarts of 10w30, then someone said it looked low and I put in another 1/2 quart of 5w30 is this okay and is 4 1/2 quarts too much?

I would have to go check the manual, but I think it takes more than 4, so sounds like you're okay... Check the oil level, that should tell you too.

That sound about right. I normally put in 4.5 quarts and it registers slightly over full.

I believe the manual calls for 4.25 quarts (with a filter change).

drain time

It depends on how long you let it drain, did you change oil filter, is the engine hot..etc. Don't get hung up on how much you put (within reason of course).

Just make sure its good on the dipstick.
