Just got my 2000 gxe and there is this very annoying rattiling in the back windshield. It happens when ever the music is loud or when i go over a bump. I was looking around back there and it seems that the tail in back might be doing it. Is this possible? and does anyone have any suggestions? thanks for any input

Check all the screws around it and tighten them. There is also a bar in the trunk that serves as a tensioner of sorts for the trunk lid. check to see that the black plastic thingy is on it and attached. I noticed my 00 GLE had something like that and it came undone and it sounded like cans on the back of a limo after a wedding... Good luck. Is it not that the speaker is blown? That's possible.

I dont think the speaker is blown as far as i know the speakers are in the doors ill have to check the trunk thing out thanks
