3M double sided molding tape (the red one), 2 screws on each side (4 total). Thats one way of doing it.

its better to do it in a heated garage. Make sure your bumper is clean, and you heat up the tape with a heat gun or a hair dryer so the tape sticks better. Then screw in the 2 screws on each side. (your rear wheels might get in the way)

Will you drill the holes before painting or after. It sounds stupid but I was reading the Stillen instruction and it says to do the drilling after painting.. Does it makes sense?????

Either way is fine really. You can use sheet metal screws, or for a cleaner look you can use rivets.

I used rivets on mine and silicone. I did have to remove the rear wheels to drill a pilot hole for the rivet. It just slides right on.

Same here. Removed the wheels, drilled few holes and used rivets.
