Replacing Fog Light Bulb

I read on housecor's website on replacing the fog light bulbs and all the steps look easy except for the first step. How do you remove the black tabs that hold the plastic cover underneath the car? Housecors site said "Remove screw, bolt, and plastic pop tab from plastic guard underneath the foglight." Can someone give me better instructions on removing those tabs?

I am still having problems getting the tabs off, i think my tabs might be different since i have a 2000 and you 02-03 people have different bumpers...are there any 00-01 people out there that have replaced your fog light bulbs? I've used flat head screw drivers to try to pull the pop tabs off but nothing comes off and the entire screw wants to come down when i try to get the tabs off but i don't want to pull them out b/c i do not want it to mess up the plastic so it won't hold to the bumper anymore. Someone please help...

It is easy. I did mine not too long ago. Use a minature flat head and pry the tabs out. They pull completely out, but will pop back in after your done. I think you have to remove two or three of these to gain enough access to the fog light housing. There is one 10mm bolt that has to be removed also, so you can "fold" or push the plastic under body away far enough to see what your doing. I didnt jack y car up, just turned my wheels hard to the left, then hard to the right when doing the other side. Finally when your on your back look up at the fog light housing, you will be staring at a bolt that can be removed with a phillips or the same 10mm socket. Once out, push on the back of the housing, at the same time pulling on the front of the light, this way it will push out the front of the bumper. Once out, change your H3 bulbs. Besure to disconnect the wire harness, first or at least cut the wire tie so you have some slack when pushing the fog light housing out. PM me if you get stuck or anything. FYI..it will take some force to push these out, but dont worry, you wont break them...Ahhhh my fingers are now tired.

yea i agree with him ^^^ i actually just did it today as a matter of fact.
I put in my PIAA extreme white bulbs and it took less than a half hour, but i did have the car up on a lift and that made it alot easier.
dont worry just pull the tabs all the way out, they wont break
