How do you check for Data Dots brackets?

How do you check for Data Dots brackets?
My car was in a front end collision a few months ago. I asked the guy at the repair shop if he put in the data dots recall brackets and he said they did. I just don't trust him 100%. Is there any way to visualy make sure that the brackets were put in? I'm going to be replacing my burned out PIAA Super Plasma bulb in a few days so hopefuly I can check while I'm under there.
