Ignition coil issues on cold run

I know that this has been brought up several times in the forum. When the engine is cold and I take off i can hold the throttle at one place and the engine will lurch a bit. Feels like a misfire. Anyone have any ideas?

If you know its been brought up numerous times, then you should also know the answer to your question without asking it.
