Heating up the headlight lens to open housing

I need step by step instructions on how to heat up headlight assembly and open it up?

200 degree oven for about 10 to 15 minutes. Ovens vary though so make sure you check those lights OFTEN!!!! Put the lights on a baking sheet with a towel over it. Then pry apart the lights with a screwdriver CAREFULLY while pull on the housing. You may have to put the light back in the oven if the sealant gets to hard.

BTW I will have to do this tomorrow b/c I ripped one of my DDE's off the headlight installing my Hyperground kit.

well if you read his other ten posts..you would see that he also asked about getting 2K3 headlights...so he is thinking ahead and asking how to open them when (crossing fingers) he gets them
