Import car parts plus: INtelliglow needle questions

as you guys know importcar parts plus is a org sponser and i was checkin out there site and they hjave kind of indiglow needles and they say it will only work if we have lexan based needles, do 5.5 gens have these, and if so does ne1 know if its compatible be cause it looks f'ing sick http://www.importcarpartsplus.com/ then just go to intelliglow needles at the bottom

theres a 100% compatibility chart at the bottom and it says 98+ maxima, and 2k+ altima, so i was just wondering what u guys thought, thanks

No, we do not have lexan based needles. In order to perform this modification it will require that lexan-based needles are purchased and put in thier place.

Needles

Sorry buddy but our needle are 100% lexan. I cleared mine out using acetone and if they were not made out of lexan they would have melted.

Ummm...correct me if I am wrong, but you have a '98? Wouldn't that make you a 4th gen? OUR car is a 5th gen. How about checking the godd@mn forum header before posting next time?

Yeah they do...in order to get the other looks we'd have to get the needles off of a 4th gen or sx...otherwise it's Hyper Red only.

wow, you have some nerve calling that guy a noob. he has been around a little longer than you.

although this still doesn't change the fact that he is wrong.

yeah pretty much exactly like that. i saw a post about you doing that not too long ago. those look amazing! it sounded like too much work for me though. are those titanium or regular gauges? probably titanium because you have the blue and red around the outsides.
