On my way to work today I hit a pothole an dented one of my wheels, luckily I always buy my wheels and tires in sets of 5. Will the city pay for this you think? B/c it was actually ahole that they created while they are working on the road and the litille metal cover thingy had benn moved that they use to cover such hole.

Yeah right... Like the city will think they're responsible. You can probably try, but I doubt you'll get much. Good luck, maybe you will.

the city pays for that. on my last car i bent the rim and i called the city hall, sent a letter explaining what happened, also all the paper work of the repair, and they sent me the money.

If you call the city hall, they will explain you what to do.

The place where I live in has tons of lumps and bumps and tons of broken roads. Do you think the City will pay me back for my ultra worn out suspension?

Because of the fact that the area I live in is a high class area where I have to pay property tax for 7000 bucks a year, I don't think the road should be that bad. Also, the place where I live in is very close to a mine, so the semis are destroying the road.

Now, the question is, do you think the City will pay for the premature wear that happen to my suspension?

Worst of all, even after replacing the front hub, his car will have some problems related to the front hub because some of the other componenets might be damaged further than the hub........

BTW, why was he driving that fast anyways?
