I want to put police siren and flashes on my Max

Does anyone any cheap police sirens and flashing light kit??? I need something that doesn't show on reg daylight (something a cop won't see on my rear windshield or on the top of my car). I need something like what undercover cops have. Any help would be nice.....thanks

going for the voluntary fireman style? The big misconception is that all of this stuff makes you cool : /

Me too.

I had a buddy in HS that was SO infatuated with being a "cop" he had all kinds of lights and stuff to imitate a police officer. I guess it was ego...who knows why he did it.

Long story short, got himself in BIG trouble. Even though he was being helpful at the time (broken down on side of highway) he had the lights going when an official police officer came by. Was read the riot act, had to remove and had over the equipment on the spot and received some citations and had to show up in court. Not pretty.

Not that a maxima would be confused with most law enforcement vehicles, it would behoove one to be very careful about installing "police" equipment on a car without actually being part of law enforcement officially. Even if its just for "show" I doubt an official law officer would be lenient if it was ever seen.

I have lights, sirens, a PA system and limo tint on my 97 Maxima. Also in trunk I have a a battering ram, raid jacket, body armor, and a ballistic shield. Oh yeah, forgot to mention, it's a police vehicle.

So why is it that you need that stuff for your car?

Just read your answer. I would advise that you take Colonel's advice.
