Well, I just ran down to the store on a warmer than average Atlanta night and noticed a jingle sound coming from under the car. It didn't happen when in neutral and reving the engine but once in drive or reverse, the jingling was faint and inconsistent when ever I touched the accelerator.

Sounds too low to be valves or anything and since I don't hear it in neutral. I am going to swing it by the dealer/seller this weekend to have them look at it. (extended warranty) Anyone have an idea what it might be?

Maybe a pebble or something inside your exhaust heat shield is making the noise. That has happened to me on my Nissan truck a few times.

I will check that, although this sounds like a metal ringing and only happens when in gear.

You're welcome. It could be something metallic rattling around in the heat shield also. There are many to choose from under your car.
