Anybody install those L.E.D. taillights by Stillen yet? Pics please...

 

You're getting no response because it was an extremely bad idea to produce those. No self-respecting Maxima owner would deface their car with those Stealin lights.

I agree with Epacy.... although, some other people have been asking about em... doubt anyone has taken the plunge and actually paid money to have em on their cars though...

 

I have the Led bulbs from www.autolumination.com they work real well....but yea those tails from stillen are hideos....

 

they are ugly and ricey

 

i dont think they're all that bad, but then again for some reason i always like what everyone hates

 

whats wrong with it. if ur afraid of it looking ricey or having that pepboys store brand, just heat it up and black out the housing. then bam, hot led taillights. i know u guys wree thinking that too..u...u...negative bandwagon @sses.

 

LEDs are and overrated

 

I havent seen them but i still think our 5 gen tails need some help the front is easy to mod but our *** ends look kinda plain jane I like those chrome 1s Epacy has but i want it red on the top half and clear on the bottom half how much are those Epacy?? Any1 need a cd player Im selling my pioneer deh-4600mp cd/mp3 player its in the f/s classifieds

 

 

Eh those lights are annoying, it might look like xmas lights when it lights up too...At least they're trying I guess...Still overpriced..

 

maybe if the cover was red and not clear or something to hide hideous chrome. but no one likes the r34 body kit and i do go with what you like man

They are stock. They are about $225 a pair.

 

looking at your sig i would say nothing. it takes half my screen and it clearly shows halos of purplish color, blue and aqua blinkers and parking lights, and an extra set of blue foglights.

i think i see a blue side blinker (fender) as well.

i am a proud member of the negative bandwagon.

leds are annoying. everytime i stop behind an infiniti i want to drive up into it as to get those burning lights out of my eyes. they are more annoying than when someone leaves their blinker on for 5 minutes while at a stoplight.

it's a fad that never quite caught on. it looks ok on the 4th gen (and perhaps on the 3rd) but with the shape of the 5th.. no way.

 

looks nasty to me, but whatever looks your boat, i like the all white one, with chrome trim that they got on the website, looks sick on grey/black cars.

i asked the same question a few weeks ago .. I like LEDs. They are much brighter but the Stelain ones just look like crap ... ( on their web site) If I ever have money that I dont know what to do with I'd but the all clear ones and run red LED replacement bulbs... It would have been cool with a stock red lense if the turn was clear instead of amber ...oh well ..

 

The stock lights look great imo... I would prefer the 01 SE tails but i'd say even the ones on the 02-03 look good when the light is illuminated... i think aftermarket headlights and tailights never come out right no matter what is done

Stelain? Do you mean Stillen? The Leds look stupid, I mean it's all red..They are wanna be altezzas or something..I'm happy with my 2k1 tails Either way they're not worth the price..Stillen is so expensive..

Wow i hope those LED lights look better in the dark, cause they are ugly in that picture, looks like somebody at Stillen never gave up his Lite-Bright set.

 

na dude.... pic came out funny at the time...its all led blacklight bulbs.
1st things 1st....leds r here 2 stay. not only because its popular but it last longer than a regula bulb.the thing about u behind a infiniti...thats a personal problem.u know...let me think about this...i notice when ppl here flammed(i cant stand that word)i just get more popular.THINK why we r here....to go against the GRAIN...we're not just driving the max...we're moddin' mid sedan luxury car to a sports car. i know i'm right on that!!!
