who makes the best underdrive pulley...between unorthodox and motostorm...n e one try both...

I have only tried the UR pulley. I have them on my '02 Maxima and on my '96 SE-R. They are nicely built and work well.

Remember that there isn't a lot to a pulley. It's basically a chunk of aluminum. I would suspect that the differences would not be too earth shattering.

the lighter one would perform better, yet a poorly constructed would could break. A broken drive pulley, according to what i heard, is a terrible problem and can screw up the drive train really bad.
I have everything but a UDP, i play with the idea of getting one, but i don't know if it's worth the 200 bux for the only one i'd consider, the unorthodox piece.

Those are considered the best built by alot of people. Check it out at southwestautoworks store.

Lighter doesn't mean it's always better. I noticed that with lighter pulley, the engine does not idle as smooth as it is with stock pulley. I think "DAVE B" feels the same thing as well.
