2002/3 tails on 2000

If i was to buy a 2000 maxima, but wanted the 2003 clear tail-lights, would they fit, or is the shape different at all?

Get the 2000 SE if its a good deal... the lights aren't a problem... plug n play... plus many people will wanna do the switch... I have a 2k2 with the clear/chrome tails and I easily found someone with a 2k1 to swap his dark tails with me....

They will fit just fine. Just make sure you use enough sealant when putting the lights back in. I didn't and ended up with my spare tire well full of water.

Also, make sure you get the harness plugs, too. The plugs are different on the 2k2-2k3 as compared to the 2k-2k1.
