i'm trying to see if sr20den has something for the de-k manifold, which will be more cost efficient for now.

the prototype intake will not be CF but I will show you pics when i'm done with it. I'll probably make an extension up to the headlight for I can take it out and replace with a funnel when i'm zipping around the track. I might try the vq35de valves if I can find a spare de-k engine. I would like some ARP fasteners, but they only produce vq35 sets. 260whp can be reality but hopefully not at a astronomical cost. I just want to surpass the vq35de numbers (with sr20 being the exception)

That is the car I discovered the Power Valve failure on. I just removed it and told him to dyno. His PV has been repaired and replaced since then but there aren't any new run files of the car.

Mine works just fine.... I love the sound it makes under WOT when it opens up. Friend ask what I have under the hood when they hear it for the first time.

should you "feel" your VIAS open??

i was "testing" it the other night and i felt nothing, my Saab 9-3 Vector was creeping up on me and i was waiting for the VIAS to open... and nothing.

i think it might be down for the count....

you arent going to feel it like a shot of nitrous. there is a tone difference but if you are stock, it wont be very noticeable. your best bet is just open it up and see for yourself. there have been instances where the elbow moved that should indicate that it was working but the cup was worn out.
