Harsh start ups

I am having really harsh start ups in the morning, the car hesitates and cracks very slowly in winter, I have to hold it for approx: 5-7 secs before the engine will fire, is anyone else having a similair problem?

Winter temps and high octane fuels don't mix well (assuming you're pumping 93 octane). Add clogged injectors and worn spark plugs and you'll have hard starts. I'd try a fuel injector cleaner and go down to 91 octane fuel then change the plugs if it still happens. Some people even go down to 87 octane in winter.
