Need help. I stripped a screw

I'm not really that great with cars, but I thought I could at least change out my foglights. Well everything was going fine until I was trying to remove the actual foglight from the plastic harness that attaches to the car. Its a small round headed screw (that was screwed in really, reallytight). I can't get any grip with a screw driver or pliars. Is there a tool or something that I could use. Sorry I'm a NEWB.. SORRRRYYY!!! help?

yes. Craftsman stripped screw remover. I bought one it's a 3-piece little kit. Just put it in and turn counter-clockwise. Funny enough, I had to use it last weekend for the same purpose you need it now.
