2k low beam not working

My drivers side low beam has stoped working. I noticed some discoloration to the Sylvania Silverstar bulb when I replaced it. Unfortunately it is not the bulb although it did look blown . Fuses seem fine, but I couldn't find a specific fuse for the low beam only. Fuseable link is also fine. My high beam still works. Please help.

You tried swapping the bulb to the other side and it worked?

If not, then the bulb has TWO filaments a low and high, so most likely the low is just blown and the high will work still.

If yes, then your low beam ground wire is faulty. There isn't a low beam fuse only, since the high beam and low beam share the same +12V wire.

I did try swapping bulbs and its not the bulb. Where does the ground wire go from the wiring harness? Would I be able to fix this easily myself or is it very complicated? thanks

Well it could be the H4 plug or it could be in the harness.

You good with a multimeter?
