Re: Titanium/Silver Bulb that lights orange

Well I am doing the "stealth" mod and realize that I will have the ugly oranger colored bulb during the day. So I decided to get some 1157 Titanium/Silver Bulb that lights orange. I searched but didn't find any information that I needed so I'm posting to see some pics (at night and day) to see what they look like... I'm also interested in a GOOD brand that won't blow or anything... thought I could get some help from other members who has this bulb and where I could get them cheap. Thanks a lot...

did you use an enamel paint? If not, you should...

can't see how you sprayed a "thin layer" yet it "ran"......that doesn't jive....

Holy smokes, there are like a million types of bulbs. What type of bulbs do you guys prefer? What has the best looking outputs for clear sidemarkers?

people....these are turn signal bulbs, that's all. Just go down to autozone and get the $2.95 reular old sylvania bulbs, then put a light silver spray coat on them. You're done. Why waste time and money ordering ones that will look exactly the same....??

well if they were gonna do that, they wouldnt need to go down to auto zone to buy new bulbs, they would just have to paint their own

yeah i would guess that blinker bulbs would last a while considering theyre not on that often...so i dont think it really matters what brand you get, especially since theyre so cheap
