24" of fine powder snow + high winds + hood open a crack = snowdrift in engine compartment.

I was debating on what i should do, then i just said F**K it, shut the hood, started it, and went on my way, drove it around for about an hour or so today, but havent opened it back up to look

It was, and like he said, it was a really fine snow. The only plus is that it was really easy to shovel. That wet, heavy stuff is a pain in the butt

my family ended up parking our cars outside because the snow was so light and powdery so we would have only a little to shovel off. sure there is a mountain 5 ft high of it next to my dads car but less work for us.
