I'm at 74,000 should I change my spark plugs?

Just wondering. The maxima doesn't feel like its running as good as she used to.
I'm going to put some fuel injector cleaner in today when I fill up and I'm also going to change my intake filter. I looked in my nissan manual and it didn't say to change the plugs til 105,000 or so. I also looked up the plugs recommendations in the stickies. Which is the best one though? And best place to buy them? Thanks in advance guys.

They say "105,000" miles but I think thats under favorable conditions. (no stop and go traffic, mostly highway, etc) I think the sparkplugs should be changed every 30k miles if not less... I am at 37000 and I am going to change mine for the first time this week.

What he said. You can get it at O'Reilly's. Put in gas tank. Look at the threads and you will get a clear picture of what it is.

I agree

I agree with the guys, you should have changed it 24k miles ago. It's recommended @ 50k miles along with a tranny flush. (auto)

I had my tranny flushed at 55k and I do 90% highway driving. I rarely do any stop n go city driving either as the nearest traffic light is 8 miles from my house.
