Place Racing CAI and Blehmco ground kit

I just had my Place Racing CAI and Blehmco hyperground kit installed yesterday (thanks Anthony for all your help!), and all I can say is what a difference!!! Incredible engine ROAR at WOT, makes the car sound like a V8!! Still quiet at lower RPM's, but hit the gas, and the car just takes off with an awesome growl!! Noticably faster as well!! The hyperground kit has definitely made an improvement as well. My auto tranny shifts are noticably faster, and much more firm. The car seems to start easier as well. I would have to rate these two upgrades as well worth the money, and a virtual necessity for those looking to improve performance. Next.................Y pipe and catback exhaust!!

Cool! I'm glad to see that it all worked out for you. I like my PR CAI too! I've been thinking about getting a grounding kit as well, but maybe a little later. First off, I need to finish up my suspension, then Y-pipe!

Hey did you use your midpipe that came with the PR cai or the stock piece? I once read some stuff that said some low end was lost using the PR mid-pipe, so I used the stock and then the PR piece after the MAF. Let me know, I might put the PR mid-pipe on if you didn't lose low end.

No Problem... Im glad everything is working out great!!! my friend Josh and my neighbor Laverne both loved the intake sound!!! your car should be running great with the TB Cleaned, TB Restrictor gone, Intake and the Hypergroung installed!! you will notice alot more high end power now!! (that is if your VIAS is ok) at around 5k you should hear the intake noise change!! if you need any help with anything else let me know

-Anthony

I used the entire PR CAI setup, nothing stock remains in the intake setup now. No low end power lost at all. Noticably quicker throughout the RPM range! The sound alone is worth the price of the PR CAI!! I just cannot get enough of that growling roar on medium to WOT!!
