i think the number one thing u shuld do is lower it, i was reading esquire the other day and they said, "chrome spinners are out and lowering, and body colored rims are in" heres a site to help you decide wich drop u want http://www.innerbean.com/housecor/sp..._decision.html
then for a kit i would go with the stillen lip kit, atleast front and rear, but the stillen sides arent a must, cuz in my opinion they look factory, so maybe u shuld shoot for some sarona sides, and rims r up to u, but 19s look amazing, and if u dont wanna go with black body color rims, maybe sum nice classy millie milegbra evo's

stillen front and rear = around 450$
sarona side skirts = 300$
lowering w/ struts n shocks= around 450$
19 inch rims= around 2 grand with tires

good luck brother, if u got ne questions send me a pm, and dont forget to check out the northeast forums and maybe come to the hartford meet in march

Another source you can try is www.cardomain.com... narrow it down to the 00-03 Maximas and then just look through the members' pages and see what ya like.... oftentimes people have info on there as to what they have and where to get it... if not, the 5th Gen Stickies has links to parts vendors....
