hey guys i bought agx modified for the 5th gen and when my mechanic tried to put them on he said the springs didnt sit right on the strut, is it because i drive an I30? or should it matter, so right now im currently on agx fronts, stock backs on tein stechs. someone please help!

 

just out of curiousity, how is the ride with agx up front and stock in back!

 

feels kinda wierd haha front is stiff and nice set it at 2 and the back kinda does its own thing haha but i need to figure this thing out!

 

The modified KYB AGX are 4th gen struts modified to fit the 5th gen. The 5th gen struts have a different perch than the 4th gens. Therefore you will need 4th gen springs in the rear in order for them to sit correctly in the strut perch. Hope this helps

 

thats odd how come the fronts fit? well if thats the case i need to find someone who wants to sell the rear springs only
