Ha.. 255 at the wheels or not...The only person that will look like an a**hat is dubman, since he is driving a car that prolly has crank windows and looks like an upside-down bathtub. And not to mention spent about the cost of a used Max to make it fast.

I think that anybody who paid all that money for a VW would talk TRASH because that is all they HAVE! Most of us don't have to talk trash because the car can do it for us. We just antagonize each other little things like RIMS, bulbs, "classical look" without anything on the exterior to way to much on the outside. We can only gripe about the little things where as a VW owner has do a complete overhaul to be mediocre.

 

what a jack as s!! that is why im not driving a damn VW. hes prolly wanting some attention, 255 stock for us isnt too bad for a 4door sedan, and im sure hes piece of crap VW, isnt stock. stock for stock maxima will spank any VW. unless he drives a w-12 phaeton. who cant make their cars go fast? what a dumb ***, hes just making a fool of him self. you know what? just make him think that hes car is fast, because nobody gives a crap about VW being fast anyways. and i agree with the guy above. we dont have to talk trash, our cars speak for our selves. we know that its a hot car, so does everyone else. he just needs attention, thats all, when us maxima owners get attention all the time!!

 

As.an owner of a vw(mk111_vr-6).i must apologize for this kid...lol However..don`t take SOME vw ligthly they could really put some serious power, plus the whole thing with us is the euro thing.... don`t get me wrong..i like my maxima it`s just that i`m learning from her as we type....lol

 

Everyone in my shop owns an VW/Audi except me. The max takes all of them except the R32 Golf a guy just bought. We all like to mod, but VW/Audi seems to have quite a larger range in tuning parts. They're all pretty impressed with the max. Most of them say "the interior is so huge."

 

i think it is something vw pumps through the vents or something. i worked at a vw dealership. and even the sales people talk ****. i always kill the argument by say saying "how many jettas golfs and tuoaregs did vw have to buy back because they are falling apart?".

I've never liked VWs or their drivers. The cars are unreliable and the drivers are inconsiderate @$$h*les Not that there aren't inconsiderate jerks in every type of car, it seems like there is one in nearly every car these days, but it seems like every Jetta is driven by a jerk. But wait, isn't this the 5th gen Maxima forum? Every car has its fans and people like to talk crap about the rest...kind of like I just did with VWs.

 

i owned a VW and i used to talk some smack but that car sucked now that i have the max its sooo much better def much faster and way more reliable it seemed like there was always something wrong with my vw my sis also has one and its spent more time in the shop than on the road. the max is by far the better car!!
