Oil Seepage

Do VQ35s have normal oil seepage at the crankshaft? I have been reading about the problems that the RVM UDP has and checked out my UDP. There is a thin film of oil present underneath the pulley that extends close to the oil pan. Is this normal or is this a problem?

Doesn't sound normal... might need to replace the main seal. If you did your own UDP install you should be familiar with the procedure. Shouldn't cost too much if that's all it is.
